Caregiver coaching gives you the tools, confidence, and support to help your child thrive—not just in therapy sessions, but in everyday moments at home, school, and the community. Supporting a child with unique needs can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.

You might be wondering…

  • Caregiver coaching is helpful if you want to:

    • Better understand your child’s communication or developmental needs

    • Learn strategies to support progress at home

    • Feel more confident during mealtimes, play, or social situations

    • Create routines that support learning and connection

  • Coaching sessions are collaborative and tailored to your family. Together, we might:

    • Review your child’s strengths and challenges

    • Model and practice strategies you can use right away

    • Problem-solve around daily routines, transitions, or challenges

    • Provide ongoing encouragement and adjustments as your child grows

  • Sessions can be in-person or virtual, depending on what works best for your family. Coaching is practical and hands-on, focusing on the real-life situations you face every day.

  • We are in network with Medicaid (fee-for-service) and Babynet. We are out of network with other insurances, but can offer a superbill.

Pricing for sessions is as follows:

    • $125 per hour session

    • $65 per half hour session

Coaching isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about giving you simple, meaningful tools that fit naturally into your routines, so your child’s progress continues long after each session.
